Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии и может быть использовано для количественного определения селена (IV) в органических субстратах при получении некоторых белков и других биологически активных веществ, содержащих селен.Сущность изобретения заключается в том, что предлагаемый способ определения селена (IV), включающий кислотное разложение органического субстрата, доведение рН минерального раствора до 2,5-3,0, отделение селена (IV) и его переведение в окрашенное комплексное соединение с применением раствора дитизона в CСl4 с последующим спектрофотометрированием раствора, где рН минерального раствора стабилизируют при помощи 0,1 М буферного раствора лимонная кислота - лимоннокислый натрий, а раствор дитизона в ССl4 стабилизируют добавлением 0,2% ионола.Технический результат изобретения состоит в повышении степени отделения селена от присутствующих в среде катионов.
