Abstract
The invention relates to the organic chemistry, in particular, to the new substituted 2-amino-1-arylidenaminoimidazoles and to the process for preparation thereof.There were synthesized 2-amino-1-arylidenaminoimidazoles of formula:wherein R1 is C6H5, 2,4-Cl2C6H3, 4-C6H5C6H4, 4-CH3OC6H4, 4-ClC6H4;R2 is H; R1=R2=C6H5;R3 is C6H5, 4-CH3OC6H4, 2,4-Cl2C6H3,3-NO2C6H4.The synthesis is based on the aromatic - galogenketons interaction with substituted benzaldehydguanylhydrazones in presence of sodium hydroxide. The reaction is carried out in the alcohol medium at 20-25oC and molar ratio of the starting reagents 1:1:1.The technical result of the invention consists in the synthesis of new represantants of substituted 2-amino-1-arylidenaminoimidazoles and in the reducing of the starting benzaldehydguanylhydrazones rate.
