Abstract
The invention relates to the organic chemistry, in particular, to the new substituted 2-amino-1-arylidenaminoimidazoles and to the process for preparation thereof. There were synthesized 2-amino-1-arylidenaminoimidazoles of formula: <CH.FORM> wherein R1 is C6H5, 2,4-Cl2C6H3, 4-C6H5C6H4, 4-CH3OC6H4, 4- ClC6H4R2 is H; R1=R2=C6H5R3 is C6H5, 4-CH3OC6H4, 2,4-Cl2C6H3, 3- NO2C6H4. The synthesis is based on the aromatic - galogenketons interaction with substituted benzaldehydguanylhydrazones in presence of sodium hydroxide. The reaction is carried out in the alcohol medium at 20- 25(degree)C and molar ratio of the starting reagents 1:1:1. The technical result of the invention consists in the synthesis of new represantants of substituted 2-amino-1-arylidenaminoimidazoles and in the reducing of the starting benzaldehydguanylhydrazones rate.
