Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to the laboratory diagnosis of the rheumatoid affections.Summary of the method consists in the definition of the rheumatoid factor titer, antibody titer to the human immu-noglobuline G and in the comparison of the titers value thereof. If the rheumatoid factor's titer value is more then the human antibodie's ones, there are diag-nosticated the rheumatoid affections. The diagnosticum for carrying out of this method contains the latex particles sensibilized with the native purified human immunoglobuline G.The technical result consists in the definition of the titer's rheumatoid factor autentic value, that stipulates the precision increasing of the rheumatoid affections diagnosis.
