Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la diagnosticul de laborator al afecţiunilor reumatoide.Esenţa metodei constă în determinarea titrului factorului reumatoid, titrului anticorpilor la imunoglobulina G umană şi compararea valorilor acestor titruri. În cazul valorii titrului factorului reumatoid mai mare decât a titrului anticorpilor la imunoglobulina G se stabileşte diagnosticul afecţiunilor reumatoide. Antigenul-test pentru efectuarea acestei metode conţine particule de latex sensibilizate cu imunoglobulină G umană nativă purificată.Rezultatul tehnic constă în determinarea valorii autentice a titrului factorului reumatoid, ceea ce condiţionează sporirea preciziei diagnosticului afecţiunilor reumatoide.
