Abstract

Invenţia se referă la farmacologie, în special la acoperirea unor tablete farmaceutice pentru administrarea orală şi la procedeele de obţinere a acestor acoperiri.Conform invenţiei acoperirea tabletei de ranitidină conţinând cel puţin 30% de hidroclorură de ranitidină include hi hidroclorură de ranitidină include hidroxipropilmetilceluloză şi etilceluloză, totodată raportul lor de masă este de la 10:1 până la 1:2.Acoperirea este depusă prin pulverizarea soluţiei care conţine componente dizolvate în 72,5...82,5% de soluţie apoasă de alcool în procesul trecerii tabletei prin curentul de aer uscat la temperatura evaporării soluţiei apoase de alcool.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în prevenirea penetrării vaporilor apoşi şi a hidroclorurii de ranitidină prin acoperirea tabletei.
