Claims (27)
1. Farmaceutska formulacija koja obuhvata aktivni agens u cvrštoj disperziji sa matriksnim polimerom, naznačena time što aktivni agens je 4-[3-( 4-ciklopropankarbonii-piperazin-1-karbonii)-4-fluoro-benzii]-2H-ftaiazin-1-on ili so ili solvat od toga, te matriksni polimer pokazuje nisku higroskopnost i visoku temperaturu omeksavanja.
2. Formuiacija kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačena time što je aktivni agens u stabiinom amorfnom obliku.
3. Formulacija kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 2, naznačena time što je harem 90% aktivnog agensa u amorfnom obliku.
4. Formuiacija kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 2, naznačena time što je barem 95% aktivnog agensa u amorfnom obliku.
5. Formuiacija kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 2, naznačena time što je 100% aktivnog agensa u amorfnom obliku.
6. Formuiacija kako se zahteva u biio kojem od patentnih zahteva 1 do 5, naznačena time što je matriksni polimer odabran izmedu: kopovidona, hidroksipropil metilceluloza ftalata (HPMCP), hidroksipropil metilceluloza acetat sukcinata (HPMCAS), 2-hidroksipropil -P-ciklodekstrina (HPBCD), hidroksipropil metilceluloze (hipromeloza, HPMC), polimetakrilata, hidroksipropil celuloze (HPC) i celuloza acetat ftalata (CAP).
7. Formulacija kako se zahteva u bilo kojem od patentnih zahteva 1 do 5, naznačena time što matriksni polimer je kopovidon.
8.Formulacija kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 7, naznačena time što je kopovidon ko-polimer sa 1-vinil-2-pirolidonom i vinil acetatom u srazmeri od 6:4 maseno.
9. Formulacija kako se zahteva u bilo kojem od patentnih zahteva 1 do 8, naznačena time što je srazmera aktivni agens:matriksni polimer težinski od 1:0,25 do 1:10.

16. Formulacija kako se zahteva u bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahteva naznačena time što je ukupna količina aktivnog agensa u formulaciji od 25 mg do 400 mg.
17. Formulacija kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačena time što je matriksni polimer kopovidon i formulacija nadalje obuhvata glidant, rastvorljivi punioc I lubrikant.

25. Dnevna farmaceutska doza kako se zahteva u patentnom zahtevu 24, naznačena time što je matriksni polimer kopovidon i srazmera 4-[3-(4-ciklopropankarbonil-piperazin-1-karbonil)-4-fluoro-benzil]-2H-ftalazin-1-ona naprema matriksnom polimeru težinski je 1:2 do 1:4.
26. Dnevna farmaceutska doza kako se zahteva u patentnim zahtevima 24 ili 25, naznačena time što se dnevna farmaceutska doza dostavi u manje od 4 jedinice po danu.
27. Postupak proizvodnje čvrste amorfne disperzije 4-[3-(4-ciklopropankarbonilpiperazin-1-karbonil)-4-fluoro-benzil]-2H-ftalazin-1-ona naznacen time što obuhvata: (i) mesanje podesne koliCine 4-[3-(4-ciklopropankarbonil-piperazin-1-karbonil)-4-fluoro-benzil]-2H-ftalazin-1-ona ili farmaceutski prihvatlj ive soli ili solvata od toga sa zeljenom kolicinom harem jednog matriksnog polimera, u cemu matriksni polimer pokazuje nisku higroskopnost i visoku temperaturu omeksavanja; (ii) povecanje temperature smese da se dobije raštop; i (ili) ekstrudiranje raštopa da se dobije cvrsti proizvod.
