Abstract

Un objeto de la presente invención es promover la penetración de un compuesto que tiene una actividad inhibitoria de Rho-cinasa a una porción tópica, y proporcionar una preparación líquida acuosa capaz de mantener una concentración determinada de fármaco aun cuando se reduce la frecuencia de administración. La presente invención soluciona el problema mencionado anteriormente por una preparación líquida acuosa que contiene un compuesto representado por la siguiente fórmula (I) (ver fórmula I) en donde cada símbolo es como se define en la especificación, un isómero del mismo y/o una sal de adición de ácido farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, y un reactivo de apareamiento iónico o un polímero soluble en agua.
