Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de acceso público provisto con un sistema de interfaz para las terminales de acceso públicas con telefonía (1), que tiene el objetivo de simplificar la operación y la interacción de los usuarios a través de la conversión automática de la información del banco de datos, textos y contenido misceláneo. Los medios de interfaz (11) se instalan en una terminal de acceso público con telefonía (1) y comprenden medios de presentación (12) operados directamente mediante el toque de la pantalla, a través de botones jerárquicos (13), generados dinámicamente y en tiempo real por los procedimientos automáticos llevados a cabo a través de una estación de contenido-control dinámico remoto (4) o manualmente, efectuados por un área administrativa (5). El usuario además puede tener acceso e información personalizada por medio de tarjeta de acceso (6), que, después de ser insertada en el lector (2) en la terminal de acceso público (1), permite, a través de un sistema compartido, que las compañías determinadas compartan terminales y redes terminales entre sí y con los usuarios, temporalmente proporcionando los mismos recursos de acceso y servicios disponibles a través de las compañías que tienen terminales dedicadas para su público objetivo. La invención además se refiere a un sistema provisto con por lo menos un dispositivo de administración y control modular (15) que controla las terminales de acceso público (1) con telefonía, que tiene el objetivo de controlar cualquier número de terminales de acceso público (1), independientemente del número de aplicaciones e independientemente entre sí, los dispositivos modulares (15) además están configurados en capas (16, 18) de jerarquías iguales o diferentes, de acuerdo con las necesidades de expansión, seguridad, velocidad, latencia, control, entre otros.
