Abstract

Un compuesto que tiene la fórmula (I) donde cada uno de R1, R2, R3 y R4 es independientemente arilo- de C6-C18, cicloalquilo- de C5-C8, arilo de C6-C18 que tiene por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo de C1-C20, cicloalquilo de C5-C8 que tiene por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo de C1-C20, alquilo-ramificado de C4-C20, alquilo- lineal de C16-C20, RO-, -NRR´, -PRR´, -SR, formas sustituidas de fluoro de los mismos, y formas de perfluoro de los mismos: y R5 es arilo- de C6-C18, cicloalquilo- de C5-C8, arilo de C6-C18 que tiene por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo de C1-C20, cicloalquilo de C5-C8 que tiene por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo de C1-C20, alquilo- ramificado de C3-C20, alquilo- lineal de C2-C30, formas sustituidas de fluoro de los mismos, y formas de perfluoro de los mismos; donde R y R´ son cada uno independientemente arilo- de C6-C18, cicloalquilo- de C5-C8, arilo de C6-C18 que tiene por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo de C1-C20, cicloalquilo de C5-C8 que tiene por lo menos un sustituyente alquilo de C1-C20, alquilo- ramificado de C4-C20, alquilo lineal de C2-C30, formas sustituidas de fluoro de los mismos, y formas de perfluoro de los mismos; A es N, P, S u O con la condición de que cuando A es S, R2 es una nulidad; y M es B, Al, Ga o In.
