Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para preparar (met)acrilatos de alquilo, caracterizado porque el proceso tiene un paso en el que una cianohidrina de hidroliza con una enzima cuya actividad residual después de la conversión de metacrilonitrilo en presencia de 20 mM iones de cianuro a 20ºC después de 30 minutos en por lo menos 90% de actividad residual de la enzima que se ha utilizado bajo condiciones idénticas de otra forma en ausencia de iones de cianuro.
