Abstract

La invención provee copolímeros biocompatibles anfifílicos que tienen una estructura hidrofílica y grupos hidrofóbicos pendientes. Los polímeros forman agregados moleculares en medios acuosos que tienen interiores hidrofóbicos dentro de los cuales se pueden solubilizar las drogas anticáncer. Los polímeros caracterizan opcionalmente ligandos fijados, ligandos de receptores y otros restos blanco que median la adherencia de los agregados portadores de la droga con las células cancerosas blanco.
