Abstract

Un molde que: hace posible fabricar un cuerpo moldeado de espuma en donde un miembro de reforzamiento se extiende hacia una porción de una cara exterior del cuerpo principal del cuerpo moldeado que corresponde con una línea de división en la cara interior de la cavidad del molde; y evita que problemas de moldeado deriven de que el miembro de reforzamiento se meta a la línea de división antes mencionada; también: un método para fabricar un cuerpo moldeado de espuma al usar el molde antes mencionado; y un cuerpo moldeado de espuma fabricado mediante el mismo; una porción en escalón con depresiones (6) de frente a la cavidad (4) del molde (1) antes mencionado está provista en la cara de acoplamiento (3a) de por lo menos una parte (3) de dicho molde (1), por lo menos una porción de la línea de división (P) (formada en la cara interior de la cavidad (4)) adyacente a la que se dispone el miembro de reforzamiento (22); dicha porción en escalón con depresiones (6) está diseñada de manera que si el miembro de reforzamiento (22) se mete entre las caras de acoplamiento (2a, 3a) en la línea de división (P) cuando se sujeta el molde, dicho miembro de reforzamiento (22) pueda escapar hacia la porción en escalón con depresiones (6).
