Abstract
Es un objetivo de la presente invención proporcionar un método para la fabricación de un miembro estampado en caliente que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión, y proporcionar un método para la fabricación de un miembro estampado en caliente que tiene excelente resistencia a la fragilización de metal líquido, en donde el agrietamiento por fragilización de metal líquido causado por la entrada de zinc en la capa de recubrimiento en la lámina de acero no se produce. Un método para la fabricación de un miembro estampado en caliente está caracterizado porque incluye calentar una lámina de acero recubierta a 850 °c a 950 °C, la lámina de acero recubierta incluyendo una lámina de acero de sustrato y una capa de recubrimiento la cual se forma sobre la lámina de acero de sustrato y la cual contiene de 10% a 25% en masa de Ni y el resto siendo Zn e impurezas incidentales, en donde el peso de recubrimiento de la capa de recubrimiento es de 10 a 90 g/m2 por un lado; e iniciar estampación en caliente cuando la temperatura de la lámina de acero recubierta que se ha calentado es de 650 °C a 800 °C.
