Abstract
Se proporcionan composiciones que comprenden composiciones enzimáticas. También se proporcionan métodos para tratar la fibra virgen y el papel de desecho reciclado que contienen aceites minerales utilizando las composiciones que comprenden composiciones enzimáticas. Los aceites minerales, generalmente, se originan de papeles de desecho con tintas basadas en aceites minerales y otros productos químicos basados en hidrocarburos utilizados durante la fabricación, la conversión de cartón y el proceso de envasado. Las enzimas descomponen o modifican los aceites minerales presentes en la fibra y el papel, los movilizan y liberan de las fibras y aumentan la eliminación de aceites minerales durante el reciclaje de papel, los procesos de reducción a pulpa y fabricación del papel. El método produce la descomposición o modificación de los componentes de aceite mineral en el papel de desecho, la pulpa reciclada y los productos de papel por las composiciones enzimáticas de modo que los aceites minerales se pueden desprender y eliminar más fácilmente. La pulpa y el papel resultantes tienen una concentración de aceite mineral muy reducida o formas menos problemáticas de aceites minerales y son beneficiosas para realizar productos de papel para envasado de alimentos.
