Abstract
La invención proporciona láminas de acero de alta resistencia que tienen buenas conformabilidad (trabajabilidad) y resistencia y y métodos para la fabricación de tales láminas de acero. La lámina de acero de alta resistencia tiene una composición química que incluye, en % en masa, C: 0.010% a 0.080%, Si: 0.05% o menos, Mn: 0.10% a 0.70%, P: 0.03% o menos, S: 0.020% o menos, Al: 0.005% a 0.070% y N: 0.0120% a 0.0180%, el resto es Fe e impurezas inevitables, nitrógeno presente como nitrógeno soluto que tiene un contenido de 0.0100% o más en el contenido de N, el tamaño de grano de ferrita promedio es de 7.0 µm o menos, la densidad de dislocaciones a una profundidad de 1/4 del espesor de lámina desde la superficie es de 4.0 x 1014 m-2 a 2.0 x 1015 m-2, la tensión de rotura y la elongación en la dirección transversal perpendicular a la dirección de laminación después de tratamiento de envejecimiento son de 530 MPa o más y 7% o más.
