Abstract

La presente invención divulga un aparato pulidor, que incluye: un alojamiento de base, un soporte para llevar piezas de trabajo que se pulirán sobre el mismo, un mecanismo de elevación montado sobre el alojamiento de base y que tiene un par de placas de colocación para instalar y colocar el soporte sobre el mismo; un mecanismo de prensado montado sobre el alojamiento de base y que tiene un par de cabezales de prensado para prensar ambos extremos del soporte sobre el par de placas de colocación, respectivamente; y un mecanismo pulidor montado sobre el alojamiento de base y pulir las piezas de trabajo llevadas sobre el soporte. Cada uno de los cabezales de prensado tiene una saliente con forma arqueada que presiona una superficie del soporte. Por lo tanto, la fuerza de prensado ejercida sobre el soporte se asegura siempre perpendicular a la superficie del soporte. Además, el mecanismo de prensado comprende además un miembro amortiguador de resorte, de modo que se impide que la fuerza de prensado ejercida sobre el soporte repentinamente aumente de cero a un valor predeterminado, evitando un inconveniente de impactar el soporte.
