Abstract
Un molde de soplado para elaborar contenedores de PET que comprende una superficie interior que corresponde con el contorno exterior del contenedor, sobre el cual existen una o más cavidades o proyecciones configuradas para hacer proyecciones o cavidades respectivas correspondientes de la superficie exterior del contenedor, en donde el molde comprende una o más hendiduras de ventilación a lo largo del borde que delimita dichas cavidades o proyecciones; una pluralidad de orificios de ventilación posiblemente se dispone a lo largo de tales hendiduras, así como también es posible que se dispongan algunos orificios de ventilación fuera de las mismas; el ancho y la profundidad de éstas se selecciona de conformidad con el grosor de pared del contenedor a soplarse para prevenir que la deformación del contenedor durante el soplado obstruya las hendiduras de ventilación y deje marcas visibles sobre el contenedor.
