Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo procedimiento para sintetizar 1 - ((4-(4-Fluoro-2-metil-1H-indol-5-iloxi)-6-metoxiqui nolin-7-iloxi) metil) ciclopropanamina (AL3818). Se ha preparado una forma cristalina estable de A13818. Las sales y sus formas cristalinas de AL3818 también se han preparado. Las actividades anticancerígenas y optométricas de AL3818 y adicionalmente se han probado sus sales. Nuevo proceso se ha delineado en el Esquema I. (ver Fórmulas).
