Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un uso de un inhibidor de PARP en el tratamiento de un cáncer de ovario o cáncer de mama resistente a la quimioterapia. En particular, la presente invención proporciona un uso de un inhibidor de PARP en la preparación de un fármaco para tratar un cáncer de ovario o cáncer de mama resistente a la quimioterapia. El inhibidor de PARP se selecciona de un compuesto como se muestra en la fórmula general (B) y una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.
