Abstract
Se describen una composición de poliuretano que comprende un eliminador de aldehído, un producto de poliuretano y un proceso para fabricar espuma de poliuretano. Los compuestos eliminadores pueden reducir, sino es que eliminar, las emisiones de aldehídos de espumas de poliuretano. Los compuestos eliminadores comprenden al menos un miembro seleccionado del grupo que consiste de: fenol o fenol sustituido, un compuesto de 1,3-dicarbonilo, una poliamina que contiene una función de 1,3-propanodiamino, melamina, un 1,2-diaminocicloalcano, una sal de amonio; un compuesto que contiene al anión bisulfito, dióxido de titanio y aminosiloxano.
