Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un generador de ozono de plasma frío, que comprende: un puerto de entrada de gas; al menos un electrodo interno, dicho electrodo interno tiene una pluralidad de orificios sustancialmente en un perímetro del mismo; dicha pluralidad de orificios perimetrales están en comunicación fluida con dicho puerto de entrada de gas, dicha pluralidad de orificios perimetrales están configurados para permitir que pase gas a través de los mismos; al menos un electrodo externo, dicho electrodo externo tiene al menos un orificio en el centro del mismo, dicho al menos un orificio está configurado para permitir que pase gas a través del mismo; dicho electrodo interno y dicho electrodo externo están configurados para mantener un alto voltaje AC entre ellos; al menos un espaciador entre dicho electrodo interno y dicho electrodo externo, dicho espaciador está configurado para mantener un espacio de anchura constante entre dicho electrodo interno y dicho electrodo externo; y un puerto de salida.
