Abstract

El objetivo es mejorar de manera efectiva la eficiencia del tratamiento o la calidad del acabado del tratamiento de pulido sobre una superficie de objeto de pulido. Para lograr el objetivo anterior, se proporciona un instrumento de medición de forma tridimensional 3 para medir una forma tridimensional de la superficie de objeto de pulido. Se proporciona un controlador de pulido 6 para controlar un robot de pulido 2 o controlar el robot de pulido 2 y una herramienta de pulido 4 sostenida por el mismo, con base en datos de la forma tridimensional D de la superficie de objeto de pulido obtenida por la medición de forma mediante el instrumento de medición de forma tridimensional 3. La herramienta de pulido 4 proporciona una acción de pulido sobre la parte respectiva de la superficie de objeto de pulido a través del control del robot de pulido 2 o ambos el robot de pulido 2 y la herramienta de pulido 4 por el controlador de pulido 6. Además, a través del control del robot de medición 1 y el instrumento de medición de forma tridimensional 3 sostenido por el mismo a través del controlador de pulido 6, el instrumento de medición de forma tridimensional 3 se mueve a una posición de medición predeterminada con relación a la superficie de objeto de pulido para medir la forma tridimensional de la superficie de objeto de pulido.
