Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una cápsula de servicio individual para producir una bebida tal como café o té en un aparato para preparar bebidas. La cápsula se cierra en su extremo de salida por una base de alojamiento y, en el extremo de entrada opuesto, forma una abertura la cual es cerrada por una película, la cual puede ser perforada por un dispositivo de manera que el agua puede ser comprimida en la cápsula interior la cual contiene un sustrato de bebida, gránulos de bebida y/o un polvo de bebida. La base del alojamiento de la cápsula tiene puntos débiles los cuales, en la presencia de presión de fluido en la cápsula interior, se abre, rompe o rasga con el fin de permitir pasar el líquido desde el interior de la cápsula a la salida de la bebida, y la base del alojamiento es cubierta por una placa interna similar a disco, la periferia externa de la cual tiene pasajes líquidos a través de los cuales, en la presencia de presión de fluido, el fluido fluye desde el interior de la cápsula a los puntos débiles de la base.
