Abstract
La invención tiene la intención de proporcionar un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para productos tubulares de región petrolífera que tiene alta resistencia, y excelente resistencia al agrietamiento por corrosión bajo tensión en presencia de sulfuros. También se proporciona un método para la fabricación de un tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico de este tipo. El tubo sin costura de acero inoxidable martensítico para productos tubulares de región petrolífera tiene una tensión de fluencia de 655 a 758 MPa, y tiene una composición que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.10% o menos, Si: 0.5% o menos, Mn: 0.05 a 2.0%, P: 0.030% o menos, S: 0.005% o menos, Ni: 4.0 a 8.0%, Cu: 0.02% o más y menos de 1.0%, Cr: 10.0 a 14.0%, Mo: 1.0 a 3.5%, V: 0.003 a 0.2%, Co: 0.02% o más y menos de 1.0%, Al: 0.1% o menos, N: 0.1% o menos, Ti: 0.50% o menos, y el resto de Fe e impurezas incidentales, en donde C, Mn, Cr, Cu, Co, Ni, Mo, W, Nb, N, y Ti satisfacen las relaciones predeterminadas.
