Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de alimentación de solvente enfriado para la extracción de canabinoides a partir de materia prima vegetal de cannabis utilizando el solvente. El solvente refrigerado se alimenta a través de una camisa de enfriamiento alrededor de un recipiente de extracción de elementos esenciales. Después de circular a través de la camisa de enfriamiento, el solvente se vuelve a enfriar y al menos algo del solvente se hace pasar al recipiente de extracción, en el cual los elementos esenciales se disuelven en el solvente. Corriente abajo del recipiente de extracción, después del tratamiento del medio absorbente, el aceite extraído y la mezcla de solventes se filtran, en un estado refrigerado, a través de una o más unidades de filtración. Una unidad de filtración puede ser un sistema de filtros orientados verticalmente de tamaño de poro decreciente sellado y aislado de la atmosfera. Se utiliza gas a presión para forzar el aceite y el solvente a través de los filtros. Cada etapa de filtro tiene una tapa removible, que suministra acceso conveniente para reemplazar el cartucho de filtro sin perturbar las paredes laterales térmicamente aisladas de la etapa de filtro.
