Abstract
La presente divulgación proporciona un aparato para extraer resina del material vegetal, que comprende un tanque de agitación que tiene una parte superior abierta y una salida en la parte inferior del mismo, una cesta de filtro instalada dentro del tanque de agitación, la cesta de filtro comprende paredes construidas a partir de un material de malla seleccionado en base a un tipo de material vegetal a procesar, y un agitador que comprende un motor que hace girar un eje y dos impulsores montados en el eje. La presente divulgación también proporciona un proceso para extraer resina del material vegetal, que comprende colocar una cantidad de material vegetal dentro de una cesta de filtro que comprende paredes construidas con un material de malla, sumergir la cesta de filtro en un tanque lleno de agua enfriada a una temperatura en el rango de 0-10 Celsius, agitar el material vegetal y el agua enfriada dentro de la cesta de filtro para separar los tricomas del material vegetal y retirar una mezcla de agua y tricomas de una salida en el fondo del tanque.
