Abstract

Se proporciona un método de formación en prensa de material laminar para formar en prensa una parte formada que incluye una porción superior con una protrusión que tiene una forma protrusiva de bloqueo, el método incluye: preformar una chapa de acero de alta resistencia; y formar entonces ésta en una forma objetivo sin fracturas o pliegues, lo cual se logra determinando una forma en la preformación por análisis de formación en prensa de acuerdo con los siguientes pasos: S1: la región de la protrusión que tiene la forma objetivo se discretiza en elementos bidimensionales y nodos por el análisis de elementos finitos; y S2: se aplica tensión interna a una porción discretizada en direcciones normales a los elementos bidimensionales desde el interior de la porción discretizada y deformada bajo las siguientes condiciones: (a) los elementos bidimensionales se deforman dentro de un intervalo de deformación elástica; y (b) los adyacentes de los elementos bidimensionales tienen un ángulo entre ellos el cual es libre de cambiar.
