Abstract
En la presente se proporciona un proceso para la preparación de un catalizador y un catalizador que comprende una mesoporosidad mejorada. Por lo tanto, en una modalidad, se proporciona un catalizador de FCC en partículas que comprende de alrededor de 2 a alrededor de 50 % en peso de una o más zeolitas de faujasita ultra estabilizadas con poros grandes con una relación de SiO2/Al2O3 alta o USY que contiene tierras raras, de 0 a alrededor de 50 % en peso de una o más zeolitas de faujasita con poros grandes con intercambio de tierras raras, de 0 a alrededor de 30 % en peso de zeolitas con un tamaño de poros pequeño a mediano, de alrededor de 5 a alrededor de 45 % en peso de boehmita cuasicristalina, de alrededor de 0 a alrededor de 35 % en peso de boehmita microcristalina, de 0 a alrededor de 25 % en peso de una primera sílice, de alrededor de 2 a alrededor de 30 % en peso de una segunda sílice, de alrededor de 0.1 a alrededor de 10 % en peso de uno o más componentes de tierras raras, que muestra una mesoporosidad mejorada en el intervalo de 6 - 40 nm, la numeración de las sílices corresponden a su orden de introducción en el proceso de preparación.
