Abstract

La invención se refiere a resinas fenólicas de tipo éter bencílico con contenido reducido de formaldehido, que contienen por lo menos un secuestrante de formaldehido en la forma de un compuesto beta-dicarbonilico, y también un compuesto alfa-carbonil-carboxilico, particularmente ácido glioxilico, aglutinantes a base de estas resinas fenólicas, y compuestos de isocianato que comprenden por lo menos dos grupos isocianato para su uso en un proceso de caja fría de poliuretano - resina fenólica (proceso PUCB) y/o un proceso sin cocción de poliuretano - resina fenólica (proceso PUNB); la invención también se refiere a mezclas de materiales de moldeo que contienen dicho aglutinante, y a un método para producir machos, moldes o mazarotas.
