Abstract
Se proporciona una molécula de ácido nucleico de un gen precursor de codón optimizado y un gen de péptido señal de un análogo de insulina humana. La molécula de ácido nucleico comprende una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica el precursor del análogo de insulina de fusión y una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica el factor a del péptido señal de secreción de levadura. La molécula de ácido nucleico mejora la expresión del precursor del análogo de insulina en Pichia Pastoris y reduce el costo de producción del análogo de insulina humana.
