Abstract

Los métodos dados a conocer se refieren a la preparación de polipéptidos para análisis de multiatributos. Los polipéptidos opcionalmente se desnaturalizan, reducen y/o alquilan antes de someterse a una primera digestión. Tras la primera digestión los fragmentos grandes y pequeños resultantes de la digestión se separan entre sí. Entonces una segunda digestión se realiza en el mayor de los fragmentos. Entonces, todos los fragmentos de las dos digestiones se analizan de manera cromatográficamente, electroforéticamente, o espectrométricamente, o una combinación de estos métodos. Los métodos son especialmente útiles para la preparación de polipéptidos terapéuticos para análisis, especialmente aquellos que no se escinden fácilmente.
