Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de liberación de cánula de yeyuno incorporado al duodeno y un método de uso para este propósito, el sistema que comprende: un dispositivo de implante, un ensamble de empuje, una línea de fijación y una línea de liberación. El dispositivo de implante comprende una cubierta del tubo de almacenamiento, un liberador, un tubo de membrana y una endoprótesis vascular; la cubierta del tubo de almacenamiento es tubular y está provista con una abertura de extremo cercano y una abertura de extremo lejano; el tubo de membrana y la endoprótesis vascular las cuales serán liberadas están dispuestas en la cubierta del tubo de almacenamiento en un estado plegado; el ensamble de empuje comprende un guía hilo en contrafase, un tubo interior, un tubo intermedio y un tubo exterior los cuales están protegidos uno sobre otro de adentro hacia afuera en secuencia y se pueden mover con relación entre sí; un extremo de la línea de liberación se fija al tubo interior, y el otro extremo del mismo es un extremo libre; un extremo de la línea de fijación se fija al tubo intermedio, y el otro extremo del mismo coopera con el extremo libre de la línea de liberación para formar un bucle móvil el cual está conectado al tubo de membrana, el liberador y el tubo interior, entonces se retira del tubo intermedio y se fija sobre un botón rotatorio de línea de extracción. La presente invención tiene las ventajas de una estructura y operación simple.
