Abstract
Se proveen un método para la construcción de un vector de expresión de polipéptido biespecífico de unión a antígeno y el vector de expresión de polipéptido biespecífico de unión a antígeno producido de acuerdo con el método; el método comprende: realizar el tratamiento mediante el uso de una endonucleasa de restricción de un sitio de corte de enzima de reconocimiento específico para obtener siete fragmentos de ácido nucleico que tienen extremos cohesivos específicos, y ligar direccionalmente los fragmentos de ácido nucleico; se provee además un método para establecer una biblioteca de despliegue de polipéptido mediante el uso del vector de expresión; la biblioteca de despliegue se puede usar eficazmente para investigar anticuerpos o fragmentos de anticuerpos.
