Abstract

En la presente solicitud se describe un método para construir un vector de visualización génica de un polipéptido de unión específico de antígeno; el método comprende el procesamiento mediante el uso de una endonucleasa de restricción que reconoce específicamente un sitio de restricción para obtener cuatro fragmentos de ácido nucleico que tienen extremos cohesivos específicos y luego permite que los fragmentos de ácido nucleico se unan direccionalmente; en la presente solicitud también se describen un vector de visualización génica de un polipéptido de unión específico de antígeno producido de acuerdo con el método y una biblioteca bacteriana; el método descrito en la presente solicitud se puede usar para seleccionar eficazmente polipéptidos de unión a antígeno específicos de antígeno o fragmentos de los mismos.
