Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un dispositivo dosificador (100) que se elabora integralmente de fibra de pulpa moldeada. El dispositivo dosificador (100) comprende una porción de recipiente (200) para recibir y retener un material de dosificación que tiene una abertura (250) en un lado superior (US) del dispositivo dosificador (100) para acceder al material de dosificación. El dispositivo dosificador (100) comprende una porción de mango (300) para mover manualmente la porción de recipiente (200) en un proceso de dosificación. La porción de mango (300) está conectada a una superficie externa (211) del cuerpo de recipiente (210) por una porción conectora (350) de la porción de mango (300). Una porción de reborde (252) de la porción de recipiente (200), que delimita la abertura (250), y la porción de mango (300) se extiende en un plano común (CP) y define un borde circunferencial (101) del dispositivo dosificador (101). El dispositivo dosificador (100) comprende una porción de borde (400), que se extiende desde el borde circunferencial (101) al menos en la porción de mango (300) hasta un lado inferior del dispositivo dosificador (100), para disipar las tensiones mecánicas que surgen en el proceso de dosificación. La invención se relaciona también con un método para fabricar el dispositivo dosificador (100) y un uso del dispositivo dosificador (100) para dosificar un material de dosificación.
