Abstract

En el presente documento se proporcionan composiciones de aceite de pongamia adecuadas para el consumo animal, en particular el consumo humano, así como métodos de producción de dichas composiciones. Las composiciones son comestibles y de sabor no amargo, y tienen ciertos atributos que hacen que tales composiciones sean adecuadas para su uso como y/o en diversos productos alimenticios y bebidas. Aquí se proporcionan también métodos para analizar el aceite de pongamia.
