Abstract
La presente invención se refiere en general a conjugados de partícula de nanolipoproteína que comprenden al menos conjugados de un polipéptido y partícula de nanolipoproteína que comprenden al menos un péptido corto de entre 20-60 aminoácidos de longitud. También se proporcionan composiciones y sistemas relacionados, y procedimientos de preparación y uso de los mismos. En particular, se proporcionan conjugados de partícula de nanolipoproteína (NLP) con fragmentos de unión a antígeno (Fab), donde la NLP comprende una bicapa de lípidos formadores de membrana rodeada por proteínas de andamio, y los Fab están conjugados a una o ambas superficies de la bicapa. En algunos modos de realización, los conjugados (NLP) comprenden además un péptido corto de 20-60 aminoácidos de longitud. Los conjugados, y las composiciones y sistemas relacionados, muestran en general una buena estabilidad y capacidad de fabricación, conservan la actividad de unión a antígeno, y pueden mejorar la potencia de unión a antígeno, lo que proporciona plataformas versátiles para la administración de Fab y tratamientos y diagnósticos basados en Fab, así como lo que proporciona plataformas estables para administrar otros agentes terapéuticos y/o de diagnóstico.
