Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en procedimiento para la obtención de uroquinasa a partir de un cultivo contiguo de células de riñón vivas en un medio nutritivo acuoso, caracterizadas porque el medio nutritivo acuoso contiene, además de los aditivos de mantenimiento del cultivo de células usuales, entre 0.3 y 1.2 partes por peso de glicina por 100 partes por volumen del nutritivo mencionado; de preferencia, el cultivo se realiza a 37+-0.5°C.
