Abstract
Se produce ácido acético mientras al mismo tiempo se inhibe un aumento en la concentración o la producción de yoduro de hidrógeno en un reactor de carbonilación o la corrosión del reactor de carbonilación; un procedimiento de producción de ácido acético comprende un paso de reacción para permitir continuamente que metanol reaccione con monóxido de carbono en la presencia de un sistema de catalizador que comprende un catalizador metálico (por ejemplo, un catalizador de rodio), un yoduro iónico (por ejemplo, yoduro de litio), y yoduro de metilo en un reactor de carbonilación; y en el procedimiento, (i) la concentración del catalizador metálico se mantiene en no menor que 860 ppm en base al peso, la concentración de agua se mantiene en 0.8 a 15% en peso, la concentración de yoduro de metilo se mantiene en no mayor que 13.9% en peso, y la concentración de acetato de metilo se mantienen en no menor que 0.1% en peso, en una fase líquida completa en el reactor, y/o (ii) la concentración del catalizador metálico se mantiene en no menor que 660 ppm en base al peso, la concentración de agua se mantiene en 0.8 a 3.9% en peso, la concentración del yoduro iónico se mantiene en no mayor que 13% en peso, la concentración de yoduro de metilo se mantiene en no mayor que 13.9% en peso, y la concentración de acetato de metilo se mantiene en no menor que 0.1% en peso, en una fase líquida completa en el reactor.
