Abstract
Se proporciona un metodo para producir acido acetico, que suprime la precipitacion y la acumulacion de catalizadores en un evaporador, puede reciclar eficientemente catalizadores a un recipiente de reaccion y puede contribuir al mantenimiento y mejora en la productividad de acido acetico y asegurar la operacion de seguridad; en el metodo, el evaporador tiene una estructura de prevencion de precipitacion y acumulacion de catalizadores: (a) estructura en la que el angulo de inclinacion ? de la superficie de la pared interior de una porcion de conexion cilindrica conica truncada invertida es de 5o a 85o; y/o (b) estructura en la que un dispositivo antirremolino que comprende un cuerpo principal del dispositivo antirremolino similar a placa y una pata se dispone de tal manera que el cuerpo principal del dispositivo antirremolino cubre directamente encima de la porcion de conexion de una parte inferior del evaporador a una linea de reciclado de corriente de liquido residual y la velocidad lineal r de la corriente de liquido residual que pasa a traves de un espacio entre el cuerpo principal del dispositivo antirremolino y la parte inferior del evaporador es superior a 10 m/h.
