Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a diacuerpos monovalentes bi-específicos que comprenden dos cadenas de polipéptido y que poseen por lo menos un sitio de enlace específico para un epitopo de CD3 y un sitio de enlace específico para un epítopo de gpA33 (es decir, un "diacuerpo monovalente bi-específico de gpA33 x CD3). La presente invención también se dirige a diacuerpos monovalentes bi-específicos que comprenden un Dominio Fc de inmunoglobulina (``diacuerpos Fc monovalentes bi-específicos´´) y están compuestos de tres cadenas de polipéptido y que poseen por lo menos un sitio de enlace específico para un epítopo de gpA33 y un sitio de enlace específico para un epítopo de CD3 (es decir, un ``diacuerpo Fc monovalente biespecífico de gpA33 x CD3´´). Los diacuerpos monovalentes bi-específicos y diacuerpos Fc monovalentes biespecíficos de la presente invención son capaces del enlace simultáneo a gpA33 y CD3. La invención se dirige a composiciones farmacéuticas que contienen tales diacuerpos monovalentes bi-específicos o tales diacuerpos Fc monovalentes bi-especificos.
