Abstract

Se da a conocer un procedimiento para soldar un primer extremo de tubo flexible en un punto de costura con un segundo extremo de tubo flexible en una costura, que circunda un perímetro del primer extremo de tubo flexible, en donde inicialmente en el punto de costura en el primer extremo de tubo flexible (5) se aplica una capa protectora (7), después el segundo extremo de tubo flexible (9) se empuja más allá del punto de costura a través del primer extremo de tubo flexible (5) y finalmente los extremos de tubo flexible (5, 9) en el punto de costura entre dos mordazas de sujeción (10) guiadas la una hacia la otra se comprimen de manera plana y se sueldan en esta posición, en donde la capa protectora (7) impide una soldadura del lado interno del primer extremo de tubo flexible (5). Para mejorar la estanqueidad de la unión de tubo flexible se propone que la capa protectora (7) se aplique en el lado interno (6) del primer extremo de tubo flexible (5).
