Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una molécula de anticuerpo aislada que se une específicamente a la región de exositio 1 de trombina, en donde la molécula de anticuerpo comprende un dominio VH que comprende un HCDR1, HCDR2 y HCDR3 que tienen las secuencias de SEC ID Nos. 3, 4 y 5, respectivamente, y un dominio VL que comprende un LCDR2 y LCDR3 que tienen la secuencia de SEC ID Nos. 8 y 9, respectivamente, y un LCDR1 que tiene la secuencia de SEC ID NO. 7 en la que un sitio de glicosilación es mutado al introducir una sustitución en un residuo de aminoácido correspondiente a N28 en la SEC ID NO. 6.
