Abstract
Un sistema de terapia sanguínea de falla renal incluye: (i) una máquina de terapia sanguínea de falla renal; (ii) una prescripción de terapia para un paciente tratado a través de la máquina de terapia sanguínea de falla renal para remover un soluto de la sangre del paciente; (iii) una prueba que incluye múltiples muestras de sangre tomadas en múltiplos tiempos durante una terapia de prueba para determinar los niveles de concentración del soluto a cada uno de los múltiples tiempos; y (iv) un dispositivo programado para utilizar un modelo cinético para el soluto en una primera instancia con al menos uno de los niveles de concentración del soluto para estimar al menos un parámetro estimado del paciente.
