Abstract

Se describe una proteína híbrida recombinante, la cual expresa por lo menos un epítope estimulante de neutralizacion de célula B de Chlamydia y un epítope de célula T auxiliar de Chlamydia, y es capaz de inducir anticuerpos inmunocorrectivos con Chlamydia trachomatis en vertebrados. También se describe una molécula deácido nucleico que comprende por lo menos una porcion que codifica la proteína híbrida recombinante y un anticuerpo inmunocorrectivo con C. trachomatis que se produce inmunizando un huésped con un componente inmunogénico que comprende la proteína híbrida recombinante a la molécula de ácido nucleico y un vehículo. La presente invencion se refiere a proteínas híbridas recombinantes, que contienen epítopes tanto de célula T auxiliar como de célula B, que se pueden usar como vacunas para proveer una respuesta protectora de serovars de C. trachomatis.
