A SOIL COMPOSITION IS MADE UP ESSENTIALLY OF (A) AN ORGANIC CHEMICAL FERTILIZER INCLUDING A SOLID NON-RUBBER MATERIAL WHICH IS DERIVED BY TREATING AND DRYING A SERUM BY PRODUCED UPON REMOVAL OR RUBBER HYDROCARBONS FROM A NATURAL RUBBER LATEX, AND NITROGAN, PHOSPHORUS AND POTASSIUM NUTRIENTS, (B) A FERMENTATION PRODUCT GENERATED BY REACTING POULTRY MANURE WITH CONCENTRATED SULFURIC ACID AND CALCIUM SILICATE AND SUBSEQUENTLY FERMENTATING THE REACTION MIXTURE WITH A SELECTED BACTERIUM, (C) CARBONACEOUS MATERIAL OBTAINED BY CARBINIZING A SELECTED ORGANIC MATTER, (D) A PARTICULATE CORAL AND (E) A PEAT MOSS.
