A DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT APPARATUS INCLUDES: A LOW-CONCENTRATION DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT UNIT WHICH TREATS DRAINAGE WATER HAVING A LOW CONCENTRATION OF A TREATMENT SUBJECT COMPONENT, A HIGH-CONCENTRATION DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT UNIT WHICH TREATS DRAINAGE WATER HAVING A HIGH CONCENTRATION OF THE TREATMENT SUBJECT COMPONENT, DRAINAGE PATHS WHICH SEND THE DRAINAGE WATER FROM A PRODUCTION FACILITY TO THE LOW-CONCENTRATION DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT UNIT AND THE HIGH-CONCENTRATION DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT UNIT, PASSAGEWAY SWITCH UNITS WHICH SWITCH THE DRAINAGE WATER PASSING THROUGH THE DRAINAGE PATH TO THE LOW-CONCENTRATION DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT UNIT OR THE HIGH-CONCENTRATION DRAINAGE WATER TREATMENT UNIT SO AS TO BE DRAINED THERETO, A PROCESS DATA SIGNAL TRANSMISSION UNIT WHICH TRANSMITS A PROCESS DATA SIGNAL OF A PRODUCTION PROCESS IN A PRODUCTION FACILITY, AND A CONTROL UNIT WHICH RECEIVES THE PROCESS DATA SIGNAL, ESTIMATES THE CONCENTRATION OF THE TREATMENT SUBJECT COMPONENT OF THE DRAINAGE WATER PASSING THROUGH THE DRAINAGE PATH BASED ON THE PROCESS DATA SIGNAL, AND THEN TRANSMITS AN ACTIVATION SIGNAL TO THE PASSAGEWAY SWITCH UNIT BASED ON THE CONCENTRATION.
