Abstract
AN OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS TO PROVIDE A MEMBRANE-SEPARATION ACTIVATED SLUDGE TREATMENT APPARATUS (1) THAT CAN PRODUCE PURIFIED WATER (B) HAVING HIGH PURITY WHILE PREVENTING OR REDUCING CONTAMINATION OF WATER ENVIRONMENT AND SUPPRESSING FOULING OR PLUGGING OF A FILTRATION MEMBRANE. PROVIDED IS A MEMBRANE-SEPARATION ACTIVATED SLUDGE TREATMENT APPARATUS (1), WHICH INCLUDES: A BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT SECTION (2) THAT MIXES WASTEWATER (A) WITH ACTIVATED SLUDGE TO GENERATE MIXED WATER AND BIOLOGICALLY TREATS THE MIXED WATER TO PRODUCE SLUDGE-CONTAINING BIOLOGICALLY TREATED WATER; A MEMBRANE UNIT (3) THAT FILTRATES THE SLUDGE-CONTAINING BIOLOGICALLY TREATED WATER BY A FILTRATION MEMBRANE; A SLUDGE DEHYDRATION SECTION (4) THAT SEPARATES THE SLUDGE-CONTAINING BIOLOGICALLY TREATED WATER INTO DEHYDRATION SLUDGE (C) AND DEHYDRATION FILTRATE BY DEHYDRATION; A MIXING SECTION (5) THAT MIXES THE DEHYDRATION FILTRATE WITH PERMEATE, WHICH HAS BEEN GENERATED AT THE MEMBRANE UNIT (3), TO PRODUCE PURIFIED WATER (B); A FIRST DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TRANSFER CONDUIT (6C) THAT TRANSFERS DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TO THE MIXING SECTION (5) WITHOUT SUBJECTING THE DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TO BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT AND MEMBRANE FILTRATION; AND A SECOND DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TRANSFER CONDUIT (6D) THAT RETURNS DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TO THE BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT SECTION (2), IN WHICH THE APPARATUS (1) IS CONFIGURED SO THAT THE TRANSFER RATIO OF DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TO BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE FIRST DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TRANSFER CONDUIT (6C) AND DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TO BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE SECOND DEHYDRATION FILTRATE TRANSFER CONDUIT (6D) IS ADJUSTED.
