Abstract

According to one embodiment, a group management system of elevators includes a first call registration device (21) configured to register a destination call and a second call registration device (22) configured to register an up/down call. A group management control apparatus (30) includes a wait time actual-result totalization module (37) configured to totalize a wait time of the destination call, a no-response time actual-result totalization module (38) configured to totalize a no-response time of the up/down call, and a weighting adjustment module (39) configured to adjust weighting of assignment evaluation, based on an average value of the wait time and an average value of the no-response time.
